Lisa Holland

Lisa has been involved in the banking and insurance industry for over 20 years, beginning with Metway Bank in 1988.  Over that time the face of banking in Australia has undergone immense change and this has given Lisa a vast range of experience in many facets of the industry. 

After working in Financial Planning for several years, Lisa purchased an existing insurance agency in 2005, which at that time had been in operation for approximately 19 years.  As the owner of a small business Lisa understands the unique challenges that business owner’s face and has developed Coastal Business Insurance around the need for business owners to structure their insurance to the needs around of their own business. 

Lisa’s specialized area of expertise is personal risk insurance, giving advice to clients in relation to their Life insurance, TPD, Income Protection, Trauma cover and Superannuation needs.

Yvette Crowe

Yvette has been a successful Financial Planner since 1987.  She has completed the Diploma of Financial Planning and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), being recognized for her achievements with the Certified Planner (CFP) designation.

Yvette commenced her career in Sydney, moved to Brisbane and now the Sunshine Coast and has been looking after the Financial Planning needs of Suncorp client’s in Brisbane and South East Queensland for over nine years.  Prior to joining Suncorp Yvette enjoyed several years as a Financial Planner at GIO Financial Planning Services.

Yvette’s area of specialty is the over 55’s and Retirees, finding this area particularly challenging as it often involves an all-compassing strategy combining Income, Growth, Taxation and Centrelink/Veteran Affairs issues.

Tracey Homewood

Tracey immigrated to Australia with her husband and three children over five years ago from Zimbabwe, where she held positions within a large International Insurance Brokerage with considerable responsibilities.  She is an Associate and Fellow member of the UK and South African Insurance Institutes respectively and more recently was elected a Senior Member of the Australia and New Zealand Institute for Insurance and Finance.  Tracey’s past experience has been predominantly in the commercial insurance sector but has more recently branched out into the “risk” area.  Tracey can therefore ably take care of both your business and personal risk requirements.  She believes her best business attribute is “meeting my client’s insurance needs in an open, honest and ethical manner”.

Lisa Grant

Lisa has been working in the insurance industry all her working career and has over 18 years experience in Commercial & Personal insurance lines.

For the majority of this time she has worked in an insurance broking business that operated on family values and it is these same values that attracted Lisa to join Coastal Business Insurance on her relocation to the Sunshine Coast in 2007.

Lisa enjoys assisting clients by providing prompt and thorough service and believes the client has peace of mind knowing their insurance needs have been well catered for. 

Dave Holland

Since joining the business, Dave has been involved with administering the Commercial and Personal insurance products that Coastal Business Insurance offer.  Dave’s role involves undertaking inspections and reviews of client businesses at their base of operation to ensure that the types of insurance held are the most appropriate covers available from Suncorp. 

Dave is a detail person who researches our clients operations and their industry to ensure that, through their insurance, they are benefiting from being properly covered.

Tamara Humphreys

Tamara has over 12 years insurance experience, most of this time has been dedicated to Commercial Insurance.  Tamara’s key responsibility is liaising with clients when renewal of their commercial insurance policy is due. 

Tamara prides herself on her ability to supply client documentation to the highest standard and is committed to providing unwavering professional and caring customer service throughout the renewal process.

With a wealth of client knowledge and her willingness to assist and support other team members, Tamara is a very valuable member of the Coastal Business Insurance Team.

Joanne Nicolle

Joanne joined the team in 2007 and her key responsibilities are to provide Executive Assistance to the Principal, Lisa Holland, and to assist our clients and other team members with administrative support.   With over 20 years experience in Executive PA support roles, Joanne prides herself on her ability to provide client documentation to the highest standard and holds in very high regard the Companies dedication and commitment to exceptional customer service. 

Joanne’s client liaison and senior administrative support functions focus on the preparation of client specific documentation, ensuring that all client documentation and correspondence is prepared efficiently and to the highest professional standard.
